Anyways, adventure stuff is always fun! My brother, his girlfriend, and I decided that we we wanted to head up to Rocky Mountain National Park this past weekend and see what we could find to take photos of. My brother, being much more knowledgable about the potential location options in the park, decided that we should head up towards the Loch to see what photo opportunities we could find! And lo and behold, we found crazy-go-nuts blowing snow and wind! But it was still an awesome hike up, albeit much harder than we had initially hoped.
For the photos and video (see after the break for the 3 minute highlight video that I made from the day, too) I brought my Canon 5D Mark IV with the 24-70mm f/4L IS and 70-200mm f/2.8L IS II, as well as an 85mm f/1.4L IS that I didn't end up using. For video I brought my Panasonic GH5 plus 12-35mm f/2.8 II. Perfect combo for photo/video, though one of my favorite photos actually came from the GH5! Go figure!
Read on for more photos, but probably not a lot more text.
