Managed to get a really nice sunset panorama a couple days ago. Really happy with it, so I decided to make a quick post here! I am going to link to the image on my flickr since I can have a larger version over there.

I met a porcupine! I took my wife and her parents to Teddy Roosevelt National Park a couple weekends ago to see what we could see. Unfortunately we didn't see too many wild horses or bison, but we did see plenty of prairie dogs, nice landscapes, a coyote, and a porcupine! I am very happy with all of these photos. It was nice to be there at the park when it was a bit colder, as there were less people than normal. It pretty much felt like we had the whole park to ourselves!
Another awesome thing that we saw was a coyote that had caught a prairie dog! I'm sure it happens a lot, but it was the first time that I had seen it, and it was really interesting to photograph it! Click into the post to see more photos! (I'm starting to do a "read more" break for my blog posts to save some space.) So this post is from a while ago, and I am just now getting around to posting it.
So a couple months ago I got to go take some photos at the carnival here in Bismarck. It was really interesting and fun to see what I could do with all the lights! Also got the worlds craziest lens flare, or something crazy that I'm not sure what it is. I'll just post a few of my favorites as large photos, then the rest in a gallery at the bottom. These were either taken with my X-T1 Graphite, X-T1 Black, D4, or D3s. I'll start off with my favorite, taken with my D4, of course. |
